Default What to DO?

I have 94 z28 and im going to be diving in to it to change the remain seal. In doing this i will be inspecting the throwout bearing because its making more the normal nosie at idle and take off. Its a spec stage three,The spec tech line said that sence the clutch only has 7,000 mile of it that i just need to grease it alittle, I didnt know that you had to grease them, i thought that where a sealed bearing.?.
Sense i going to have the flywheel off i was woundering should i resurface the flywheel ? Will it hurt the clutch disc???One more reason i think that maybe i should resurface is that i get alot!!! of clutch chatter in revers and high load.Tell me what you guy think thanxs!!
