i was considering getting my ss hood painted like the manta stripe...but i currently the have the 35th anniv. decal in front of it...so i was just wondering if u guys think i should paint the hood, leave the decal on it, or return it to stock? O and by the way my car is pewter and i intend to black some of it out.

I have a suncoast hood, which is a little different style, but i really think that painting the whole scoop looks best. Had mine painted last month. Ive got more pictures if you need to see them.

I'd say manta, although I think once I get an SS hood on this new Z, I'll be putting on the 35th decal.

The added rear stripe really ties the car together.. just a thought
