Default OK, Narrowed The Field To 3 Clutches

After reading for weeks in this section, I'm down to 3 clutches.

This car is my daily driver.

I dynoed it and have 525 RWHP & 530 tq.

This is without the funny gas.

The 3 finalist are:

1. Textraila

2. Spec 4 or 5

3. Mc Cloud Twin

Any feedback would be appreciated before I make the call.

The reason I haven't bought the Textralia is I haven't seen any track times or dyno numbers on big power motors yet.

Is there anyone that is spraying a big stroker motor out there that can post some numbers on the Textralia?

I'm just wondering if a single disc can and will hold up.

I've had two friends blow up a Mc Cloud twin disc lauching.

One guys input shaft was chewed to ****.

I'd rather use a single if it can hold 750 - 800 rwhp.

That's why I've been watching for results on the Textralia.

But I haven't seen any big numbers yet.

I wasn't aware of a new one coming out, would you happen to have any more info on it? Sorry for the hijack!

Why even list the Mcleod if it wasn't an option lol! Mines holding so far, but not torture tested yet. The Mcleods are know to get destroyed if you slip the **** out of them when launching at the track though.

The Spec 5 is also in some high HP (700+) cars doing fine. On/Off type clutch though.

Cartek is also another good choice IMO (I know, it's not listed). Even comes with new pre-bled adjustable master and new slave for $860 (no flywheel). If my twin gives up, I may be trying this next.
