Southern Members - Anyone in the North Atlanta area who can program a BCM to a Sierra

I have a 2004 Sierra 5.3 that was a Katrina Hirrican victim and I had to replace the BCM. I am being told someone with a Tech II will have to force the data connection. I live in the Woodstock area (Town Lake Subdivision) and would be happy to pay for someone to come out and fix this for me.
