No, it will probably do more harm than good. People run into all kinda problems when they start messing with the MAF. Leave the stocker in place, it flows fine, and your computer knows EXACTLY how to understand the information it's sending out.
If you want some more power, buy a new camshaft.

Agree x3. The stocker will handle well over 500HP, so why mess with it. If you absolutely HAVE to play with the MAF, get some ported/descreened ends and hang on to the stock ends if it doesn't work out.
