Default I sanded off the rear bird but the plastic doesnt match

I sanded off the bird with 2000 grit paper then polished it with these sponge discs+polish kit. It came out alright but the plastic itself is sunfaded and doesnt match the black of the new taillights. Is there anyway to fix this?

Why isnt my picture showing up? Link is http://www.random-m.com/upload.php?a...1_IMG_1436.jpg

Looks like you need to polish more.

Can't really it in the pics, but i couldn't see how that would be sun faded and the lights wouldn't be since they are all the same plastic. Just try some more polishing
