Default e-brake help

i feel that my e-brake needs to be yanked up to the sky to engage. how do you tighten this up a bit. i took a look at the rear pass brakes and i think i located the line but how do i adjust it? any help would be great guys! thanks

if you pull off the rear rotor there is a brake shoe. At the bottom there is a little part with a gear looking thing . Spin that part and it should spread the shoe open. It's pretty easy once you look at it

Have you tried setting it slowly 3 or 4 times in a row?

thanks. i have tried to pull it slow to see if it would start to tighten. no luck there. any other suggestions? it seems like i'll be pulling the rotor. thanks for the help.
