new short throw Well I just put in my short throw shifter from the ws6 store, what I want to know is how does this performance modification make a car faster?

still wrong my friend....take the last "s" off. and as sladex said it's a hell of a lot easier to shift, no more missing 3rd if you where before.

The answer is, it doesn't; it makes the driver faster
makes you faster.. also the stock Z28 shifter is total garbage. to upgrade anything beyond that is good.. I shift from reverse to 1st fast as heck now.. lol
