Idling Issues
I just put on a new FAST 90mm Intake and a used FAST TB. Just wondering if the hole that's drilled in the TB blade is causing me to throw P0121 (TPS) and P0507 (Idle control system RPM high) codes? The car isn't exactly happy at idle. It accelerates on it's own when I engage the clutch and idles around 2300 RPMs.
I adjusted the TB cable, completely removed the idle set screw, removed the TPS and IAC, checked to make sure the seals were there and put them back on and nothing makes it any better. There are no vaccuum leaks from what I can tell.
Is it possible that the tune for my LS6 intake & TB is now that far off or is the hole in the blade giving me grief?

compare the hole to your other throttle bodys one, if its nowhere close to that it might be your problem or you just might have to drive the car around a bit and let it relearn the idle, some people have a problem like this after headers and other bolt ons. so basically drive it around for about 200 miles and see if it fixes itself.

i know the FAST TB isn't exactly the best piece, but it doesn't stick open even the slightest - whether the car is ice cold or at operating temp - anyone else know if these issues are related to that big hole drilled in the blade?
my ported one wasn't drilled at all, so the tune is based on that...if all i have to do is find a replacement blade to fix this problem, i'd rather do that than drop money on a new TPS, IAC and tune - i wasn't planning on getting a tune until May and would like to use the car before then
