FAST intake does not want to sit flush?

FAST intake does not want to sit flush? Installing my FAST intake. The intake does not want to set flush on the heads. One side at a time will fit down on the heads? Replaced the vallye bolts. I am replacing an LS6 intake.

The TR224 is a great cam. i would get the same cam if I had it to do over. Easy enough if I decide to change later. As for Heads, I have several on the mind. AFR's, PP 243 castings, PRC (texas speed) 243's or 5.3's. I want the AFR's but the price is up there.
