Trans upgrade Spec & Fidanza
I have a 2000 TA with a few bolt-ons. Nothing special, currenly about 340 rwhp. I don't want to leave myself stranded at the track so I'm starting to put some real money into the drive train before I start on the big HP gains in the engine compartment. Anyway, my plan is to install a SPEC Stage 3 clutch kit with a Fidanza Aluminum flywheel. Anyone have an opinion?

That is the exact setup I run and I have had no problems. I have somewhere around 385-400 rwhp and mine holds great. When I did mine I also installed a new master, slave, throwout bearing, and pilot bearing.

I installed the new master and slave because the hydraulics in our cars are notoriously crappy, and it is easy to do while the car is apart. Especially since you have a 2000, you should upgrade to the 01+ hydraulics
