anybody got pictures of their trans am with the side molding on the door removed. I have a white hawk and it turned yellow thinking about removing it

Also "02hawk943"s post has his artic white one without mouldings pictured too.

just do it, not a big difference but you will like it better. started with dental floss then just pulled it off then washed my car, after that never knew it was there

Thanks! When I first saw my BB I didnt even realize the side molding on the door were removed.

i love the look so much more. i also removed the ram air decals. :)

yeah it does look alot cleaner,i just hope the paint isnt faded behind them.. any of you guys have that problem

I don't think it looks good unless your remove the door badges too.

On a Firehawk (at an angle) the script on the door looks out of place without the molding to frame it.

I saw a T/A Firehawk without molding and it didn't look as hot as the WS6 cars that removed the door badge too... which isn't something a Firehawk owner would do...(remove door decal)


That's what's holding me back from doing mine.
