Eh, I'm looking for something I can afford right now Anything that comes up in my price range. Though I've ruled out the stang because they i test drove an auto one on sunday. The gt's are slow. And I decided I don't want ot have to be paying for this car for 3 years plus. It'd be nice to pick up a later model lt1 or an early model ls1 for around 8k.
People in my area are on crack. People post ads for 1996 v6's for 10k? I was like wtf, no thanks. Nothing seems to be in my price range where I live. **** you CA

Check KBB/NADA/whatever
For $8000 you could more than likely get an LS1 with less miles than that if you looked hard enough.... Theres a guy near me selling a 99Camaro for $11000 with 30k miles on it.... Seems like it is good condition too... I'd look around some more.... Do it right once rather than doing it wrong twice...
