New LS1 Owners - Newbie Tech - Free Mod Suggestions

Are there any free mods that I can do that I don't need Atap or LS1edit to do correctly. I've been considering the throttle body bump stop mod and I'm thinking about porting the MAF ends. I don't think the throttle body coolant bypass is wise since I live in Michigan and I drive my Z all year round. The timing tricker doesn't seem very significant.

Anyone have any idea? While I'm waiting for my hooker cat-back, I'm itching to do more mods...

the egr mod though you wont notice a difference every little bit helps. i got half a mph from the timing tricker its definently worth it. its only a buck. 13.46@104.8 and 13.48@105.3 only change was the timing tricker.

Thanks for the free mod list. I'll be having some fun with these this weekend.

Question: Since I have a Z28 without a ram air hood, will bending down the metal lip under the air box help at all? It seems like it would disrupt air flow without an ultra Z hood. The ram air tubes are a go for sure!
