Default Looking For The Beat Cam For Nos

looks like i'm going to rebuild my lt1,its a 6spd car weighing around 3500lbs so i'm thinking of putting a set of .40 pistons,port match the heads and intake to the gaskets,58mm tb,light wieght flywheel, but just dont know what cam and valve train,lifters,spring to go with what to spray 125-200hp shot or what ever it will take to go into the 11s any help would be great thanks.

I don't know much about n2o setups, but I see a lot of guys using cams with a wide duration split with nitrous.

no nitrous express?? or zex? or TNT? has to be nos?

I guess some people are just brand conscientious....

i was told that the cams with there duration close was used for a nitrous cam. Like 232/232

mines pretty close

236/242!

its a wet nx direct port kit that goes under the existing injectors,that i'm using.

I think you all mean a wide LSA rather than duration. I don't think the duration is as important as the lobe seperation.

They are kinda like a blower cam....Correct me if im wrong thats what ive always beem told.

235/242 112 is what I'm using with my N2O best of 11.20.

The general conscences is bigger exhuast and 112 -114 lobe.

I like the 233/239 from combonation motorsports, works really well with me. Im shooting a 175
