Anyone swap a TR224 to a X1 or F1-HP gain?

Anyone swap a TR224 to a X1 or F1-HP gain? What could I expect going from the TR224/112 to an MTI X1 or Fastec F1?
I am told swapping to the TR 230/224 should get me 10 HP.Would the X1 or F1 give me more.TIA.

Re: Anyone swap a TR224 to a X1 or F1-HP gain? I don't recall the specs of the F1 but I doubt there is more than 2 or 3 HP difference between the TR 230/224 and MTI's X1. The difference, if any, will probably depend on your exhaust system. For max power, consider a 230/230 or 232/232 on a 110 - 112 LSA.

Re: Anyone swap a TR224 to a X1 or F1-HP gain? Arty,in the near future after I run the best number I can with this set up.I will add my 3:73s and run it again to see actual gains[.05maybe].Then a new cam will be added and tested.
Ragtop,I run FLP headers and a short straight thru muffler at the track.Any info on a 230/230 type cam swap from the TR224/112 ?
