another headlight question so I bought my 99 formula and the one drivers side headlight does not go down and it does not make any sounds what part is bad where can I get it the cheapest and can the average know nothing install it correctly thanks for answering

Fuse? Otherwise you probably just don't hear the sound it makes. If the gear is that badly stripped, then there's just a round spot around the worm gear and it just spins freely without moving the light.
