shutter when driving around

shutter when driving around Well, got the car running tonight. LONG STORY....
Anyways, i was cruising around and when i give it some gas, around 3k-3500rpm, i give it but it just hovers around for a bit as if its shuttering, than it gets "even" and continues on.
BAsically.... idle to go, 50%, revs go to 3k-3500rpm, stops, shutters, than evens out as if the "misfire" was fixed and continues on...
Any ideas? Is this tune related of trans/stall related?
4l65e, built to 600hp, yank SS 3600, 3.23 gears, hptuners.
