Southern Members - lawyer needed in GA

My buddy just called me needing a lawyer. 86 in a 45. He was test driving a car he was gonna buy and got nailed. I know thats going to be a seriously harsh one and he needs a lawyer. Anyone have any reccomendations, or what to expect for an outcome?

thats not too bad, i got pulled over doing 125 in a 70, racing another car (and beating it) when state trooper jumped out of the trees at me, he was a member of nhra and gave me a ticket of doing 79, no reckless, racing or anything else, thank god for cool cops,
