Will 4 chan. rear work ?

I have an 01 SS that came without traction control , which i think is a 3 channel, my buddy is selling his built up 10 bolt that is a 4 channel that had traction control.......will it work

just curious how much does he want for it? you may be better off spending the money on a 12 bolt or 9" IMO

Yes you can, but you will need to reuse your axles and backing plates.

i was wondering also say if i did the same thing and got morser axels and 3 channel backing plates it be fine to hook up to a w/o traction car correct?

Yes and the ABS system would not operate also.
