Default Started my car twice

I started my car twice about 5 months ago. After i did it I got a funny noise under the hood. It kinda sounded like an accessory bearing gone. Once I gave it some gas it went away. I was so pissed i did it and at that point i knew my car was to quiet. I will get the noise once and a while and it seems to be only when i start the car. Is this something to be concerned about? I have put like 600 miles on the car since then and it runs great. But that noise concerns me since it sounds like a bearing. My oil pressure is fine but was wondering what kinda damage i could have caused by doing that.

When you started it did you wait til the engine got warm? Or started it and gave gas right away?

I guess i started it then like one minute later tried starting it again while it was running. After that I waited like 30 seconds then put it in reverse and left where i was. I noticed the sound but once I gave it gas to leave it did not make the sound anymore.
