Interior lights "flashing" at idle??

Interior lights "flashing" at idle?? Is my alternator taking a crap? My interior lights, like the radio display, gauge cluster etc..are all flashing, its really subtle. My voltage is 13.8 when the car is idling?
Any help would be great, the car just started doing this, and its the original alternator that the car came with so I'm glad it made it this far

go get it tested at autozone or pepboys to see if the alternator is goin out or could be a simple battery problem, check it then replace it, its free anyways at autozone or pepboys.
I ordered a hi output unit from a sponsor here on the board

WHAT HE SAID! If you have consistent voltage over 12.8v at idle, then you're alternator is fine! Especially since you stated 13.8v at idle. Most common reason for the "flicker" is a failing regulator.
