They advertise "Revised Torque Management settings for optimum performance" with their base tune - to completely remove it you'll need a tune, had mine done along with some other things from RWTD.

At least on my version of the Predator (2.04, being used on a 2004 GTO) you can activate or deactivate the following TM settings:
Abuse Mode Time Limit
% Torque Reduction
Upshift Torque Reduction
Abuse Mode Time Limit
% Torque Reduction
Upshift Torque Reduction
