Texas Speed goes that extra MILE! I ordered a TSP 233/239 a while ago and was very happy with the shipping and customer service.
I was having the car done at a shop about 4 hours from my house. The tuner....well
I dunno. He couldn't get it to idle and then just kinda left. So I needed my car tuned on a friday at 3pm.... Yeah, good luck, right?
Called up Jason at Texas Speed and told him my situation...he told me to email him the tune and they would tune it that day!!! So I did and then I get a phone call saying he can't save the file for some reason....great, I am screwed and just wasted his time.
He then offered to walk me thru the tune, over the phone!!!.
It idles and drives, never stalled, had dead on A/F and made the 4 hour trip home....
Seriously, that is what makes a company in my mind...Awesome service, awesome people and a quality product....I couldn't be happier!
