Default Cleaning Gauge cluster

What is some good liquid or shine to use to clean the clear plastive covering the gauge cluster? I already have a microfiber rag just for it in an effort not to scratch the clear plastic to bad. It cleans the dust off of it but it needs a shine due to age taking affect and drying the clear coating.
