Default bogging when launching with juice

i recently went to try out the new cam patriot performance 226/226 585/585 112lsa and i managed a 12.8 but when i used the nos 100 shot the best was 12.4 it seemed to bog each time i used it. before i would get a 1 second diffrence on nitrous. i launched it at 3000 as soon as it hooked i floored it and i bogged a bit then took of really strong. same thing each time. my trap speed was 118 60 foot was 2.05 about on all. what could be causing the bogging.

is it wet or dry, I had the same issue with my new direct port and the guys here told me to upgrade fuel sys, cause the kit was pulling the rais dry. I now have a stand alone setup but dont know yet if it fixed it.

Do either of you have a fuel pressure safety switch? I have heard of people having bogging problems when using the fpss too close to the fuel solenoid. The bog happens when the fuel solenoid opens and the fuel pressure dops quickly, causing the fpss to cut the solenoids off. Once the fuel pressure builds back up, the fpss allows the solenoids to open again.

No safety swithc, but I was told that my dp kit was sucking the fuel rails low and that was what caused it. Is that still feezable without the fpss.

I ran my car today with the stand alone kit and NO MORE BOG.. The car ran strong and I only made one pass with 750 pounds of bottle pressure and it went a 1.46 60" and 6.6 @ 102. Thats a 2 mph drop on my times but it must be due to bottle pressure. I got it up to 950, but they were bracket racing and I couldnt get a pass.
