Nice job aside from the grommet, but seriously you need to go ahead and lay some high heat clear over the red. It will stay glossy for years and you'll thank me later.
$5.00 for a can of clear paint. Lay the clear on heavy. It'll be milky when you spray, when it dries it'll be clear as glass.

The clear is much more forgiving than color paint though. You almost can't even see runs if you make them. Lay up the clear in even coats, but you don't have to wait very much between coats... go as heavy as you want before it runs and you're set.
I think it's too late though, if I was betting cash I'd say that you've already put the covers on and most likely wont take them off to clear. After 6 months when it becomes dull just redo them and clear 'em next time around. -Joshua

Here's what I did before I went polished. If you disassemble the throttle body before painting and do the water pump and maf ends it will "tie it all together." Use lots of clear. This picture was taken a year after it was done.. Still glossy huh? Looks like new. Here's a photo:
