Default squeeking noise from front end (metal rubbing sound)

I fired up the car yesterday and it made a squeeking noise at the front. sounded like two pieces of metal rubbing. I have an 88 bird and it used to make a very similar sound with the rear muffler vibrating against the car it was squeek/squeel. So I thought it was possibly the exhaust. Its coming from around the engine, possibly the headers connecting to the ypipe?

I drove it 5 hours up to atlanta and when i stopped for some McD's it was squeeking MUCH louder. Its never made any kind of noise like this. When i got back onto the road my "oil change" light came on. Not sure if this is at all related. The car has 54300 miles on it so im not sure why that light would come on. Oil was just changed maybe 2K ago. Oil pressure is fine and car runs good. No crazy vibration, WOT it still hauls. Any ideas?
