Default Rough idle and whining noise on low RPMs

Hey guys. I've noticed that my 2002 WS6 M6 idles kind of rough lately. When it is sitting at idle, it has a rough rumble through the interior. Also it has a whining noise that can be heard in the lower RPMs and especially while catching the clutch from a stopped position. Do you guys know what this is, or possibly experienced it yourself? The car is totally stock. It is an M6 with 34,000 miles. I appreciate any help, thanks a lot!

there are also 2 check valves in the air system that caused my car to idle like poo. the wine may be the air pump. is it all the time or just when you first start driving?
