Default Clutch chatter when clutch is out and in neutral?

When ever im at a stop and i am neutral and let off the clutch it makes a chatter noise that keeps and is steady until i press the cluth back in then it goes away, wat could this be, Pilot bearing?
its just like i very soft but constant noise. i am taking the car into the dealership on monday to have them look at another problem that the tranny is making as well and wanted them to fix this problem as well.

Sounds like the slave/TO bearing.

I have exactly the same issue, I just had a new clutch,pp,flywheel, to bearing and pilot bearing installed and it still makes this noise. My car is a 99 w/o upgraded hydraulics so I am assuming mine is the slave cylinder itself.

Usually thats a TO bearing problem. Could be the slave as well.
