Default Molding in the front and rear fascia???

Well,I been thinking of having my front and rear fascias molded into the car.

So at work today,I was mobile today, and had to go to a body shop.I do alot of work there,I been goin there for years,so I got to know the guys there.

Anyway,I was BS'n with one of the guys and I asked him what he thought about it....he said he wouldnt do it cause he could almost guarantee it will crack eventually.

And the GFX wrap around into the wheel well where it attaches,he said what would you do there?? shave down the GFX there or just fill it in,and if you did that, the wheel well at the bottoms would kinda curve toward the tire do to it being thicker there.

So,how do these people have molded in GFX?? Will it crack?? and what to do about inside the wheel well??

I really like how much cleaner they look molded in,but if its gonna be a pain in the *** and/or crack I dont want to do it.
