How do you remove the AC vents on a TA?

Default How do you remove the AC vents on a TA?

Just as it says. Im trying to install gauges in the vents, but I don't know how to get them off.

Basically just pry them out. I used a flathead screw driver to put behind one side and losen it, then just gave it a tug and they pull out.

i broke mine tryin to get them out...they are reallly in there...they have like spikes that stick into the vinal around them....pain in the butt to get them out. good luck

I tried this and got absoltely nowhere............anyone else?

use a small flat head screw driver. They work like a toggle bolt. The whole in the dash they go into, gets larger in diameter as you push the vent in. So the sides of the vent clip into the larger section. So use the screw driver to pry the side alittle and pull.
