For non synthetic oils, I have recommended for over 10 years now, Mobil dexron III, which is what comes in Aamco's bottles, (repackaged) and is easier to find at Auto Zone, than Mobil is most of the time. Trans-Go uses this oil in all of their test vehicles, using a non synthetic oil. i have not seen any problems with this oil over the years.

i did not know it was repackaged and i had planned on going with Aamco so that makes me feel a little more comfortable.

So the Mobil dexron III is non synthetic?? Do they make a Synthetic and a non synthetic? Only reason i ask is because i have never seen a non-synthetic Mobil transmission fluid. How much is the Aamco at autozone?

Nope, its Non synthetic, which is better for our transmissions anyway.

The Aamco oil I am talking about is non synthetic, and is Mobil dexron III, "not" Mobil One, which is synthetic.
