I dont think it will fit with the LS1 coolant lines. The Ls1 intake has a channel to allow the coolant line to run from the back of the motor to the front. The LS6 intake doesn't have this channel, that is why you remove the line, and use plugs for the rear and a new front coolant line that does not go under the intake.

I wouldnt recommend it as the rear plugs would be VERY difficult (if not impossible) to get at with the intake installed. Also you would be seeping out coolant all night, making a mess.

The rear coolant line is removed and the plugs go in its place. You need to do this with the intake off.

I don't think that the LS6 intake will fit with that coolant pipe section in place. The plugs go into the rear of the valley, behind the knock sensors.
I didn't think that the ZO6 intakes had a provision for the throttle hardware??? Did you retrofit it, or something?

You can grind the ribs off the bottom of the LS6 intake and it will fit fine over the stock LS1 coolant lines.

you did this your self? do you have to make a notch in the front of the intake then for the coolant line??
