Went to track today for first time in Z. I threw in 3.73/Eaton Posi rear end Thursday night and took it to Ed Wright's Friday for some magic work.

I hit the rev limiter in 2nd a couple times, i know if i didnt i'd of had a 12 for sure. I think Ed's tune has lots to do with it. The first two runs I spun bad off the line. I was on street tires and trim. Just woke up and drove it out there, little over half tank etc.


I have a set of draglites and I might pull the swaybar sometime later on to see what it does.


I'm happy with how it did.

Get it retuned and put the draglites on, you could see some mid to high 12s with good driving.

Ed did a tune on it. I only got 3 runs all day because it was so crowded.

Driving can take off a few tenths easy i think as well. I know another run i could have got a 12.90 or 12.80. If I didnt hit that damn limiter.

I have a lid I'll probaly have on it by next time.
