Default car shake

ok guys, maybe im just being picky b/c i used to have an acura and when it finally got up to 100-120 it drove as smooth as at 20mph, and i know its to be expected with a chevy to shake when u get over 90, but has ne one been able to do nething that doesnt cost that much that reduces/eliminates it?

Check your tranny mount (if it's time for a new one, get the LS1 style factory mount). You will probably have to grab yourself an aluminum driveshaft (the driveshafts used around 1995 were out of bablance from the factory) to get rid of the "shakes".

Also, do not use the Energy Suspension tranny mount... they were out of tolerance, which threw driveline angles out of whack and causing BAD vibrations. I went with the 1LE driveshaft before discovering the ES problems. The car is smooth as glass now!

Check around with some of the vendors on the board (make sure you price around). I can't remember how much mine was, it's been a few years since I got it.
