Roof Damage Between T-Tops

Roof Damage Between T-Tops
There is a '79 Trans Am I've found for sale online, but there is problem that I would like to get other's opinions on. Between the t-tops, the roof has had some damage, someone used bondo on it, and now the bondo is all cracked up. Apparently there is some rust under the bondo layer as well.
Assuming the worst case, what would it take to get this roof repaired? New sheet metal? Here is a pic from the seller, you can click on it to enlarge:

Here is a link to a pic of the car itself:

Thanks for replying. I received this answer from someone on a Camaro forum that I belong to...this sounds like the problem:
Every t-top roof i have seen is bent right there, also look close I will bet there is bondo in the back between the t-tops by the passenger side. T-top cars didnt have enough body support so they flex at that point in the center causing it to bend and buckle. I just finished the body work on mine right there in the center. Subframe connectors will fix the flex problem.
