Stereo & Electronics - lights go off and on

Hey guys, i have this really weird problem. whenever i shift hard my interior lights turn on then fade away. it happens whenever i lose a little bit of traction, or go over a big bump.. its weird.. any ideas whats going on? its all the dome lights inside the car.

Probably one of your door switches is loose or out of adjustment. The switches are in the door latch mechanism (not separate button switches like they used to be). You can see the switch if you open the door and look in the latch slot on the back edge of the door.

one time my girlfriend didnt shut the hatch all the way. i suppose due to the pressure inside thr car? cause thr windows were up and i saw her shut it. but like u said when i shifted hard or hit a bump the lights came on and faded out i got out and checked the hatch and it was the problem. i hope that my stupid post helps?

yeap, a hatch will do it too. Funny thing I have ever seen. It will make you want to pull your hair out. :judge:
