Default Oil leak at the front of the engine

I've had a minor oil leak here for years and I'm finally getting sick of it. I'm pretty sure that the leak is coming from either the cam shaft or crank shaft seal. I'm going to replace them both while I'm in there. I'll probably do the timing cover gasket as well. With the mileage on my car, do you guys have any recommendations about what else I should be replacing while I'm in there? I was toying around with the electric water pump idea but I don't know if you really get much HP from that setup. I don't have the $$ to do a cam swap so I'm not doing that. Also, if anybody knows of any good articles about this work, that would help. I searched around and didn't find too much about this.

I would change your timing cover gasket and crank pully seal(in your timing cover). You might want to do a oil pan gasket aswell. Heres a link to a cam swap it tells you how to get at these gaskets. Pass on the electric h20 pump not worth the $$ IMHO, use the money for a cam or something else.

BUMMER!!!
my SHO didn't pass inspection!. It needs catback, two rear struts, rear rotors & brakes. Just enough $$$ in parts to put this little project on hold for a little while.... DAMN!!

I appreciate the ideas, though and I'm saving this thread for when I get to this. Looks like end of april beg. of May time frame. I'm definitely adding the oil pan gasket to the list.
