Default Internals from my LT1

I have a 94 LT1 stock w/105000k. i am going to be pulling it out to give it the much needed tlc. what i want to do is balance/refresh the lower end and go as big as i can with the top end. I just need some help figuring out what the best parts for the car will be. i am also tossing around the idea of 383 but dont have the money right now for suspension. any help to point me in the direction is appreciated.

My Z has 107,000K and runs like new.

Im not even considering motor parts for another 20-30K.

You must have bought a " well used " Z thats hasn't seen some new parts yet
Crank bearings, pushrods, lifters , all motor seals....etc

But if youre gonna rebuild the whole motor, might as well put in some better parts.

Better crank, better cam, better rockers, forged pistons... etc

Milage is not a big issue for a well cared for LT1 the better machining, parts, and particulary the better air fuel ratios of the injection combine to make bore wear almost a thing of the past.
