how hard to convert to vacuum modulation?

Default how hard to convert to vacuum modulation?
in the process of buying a used trans that doesnt have vacuum modulation. what does it take to convert to this?

Buy the kit, and follow the instructions carefully. Very messy but I did it on ramps. Took maybe half a day. Well worth it.
