There was somebody working on a holden part number but never came through. The LME sheet metal intake is probably my ticket.

I just want to find out the damn runner volume but nobody knows.

i'll loan someone a head if they're willing to CC it and/or flow it and share the info with LS1tech......


id just have a shop do it, but im a "budget guy" if you catch my drift.. :(

i WANT to make a sheetmetal intake.. however, i dont have the resources at the moment to do so.

im trying to get ahold of a holden intake at the moment.. if that falls thru, i'll be running the truck intake.
it wont be ideal, but it'll work for my little daily driver.

fo real some one needs to step up with a single plane
carb version like the gmmp and jr and go strait with an elbow
and bypass that oz mythical intake :bang:
i need a single plane for my carb motor for these dam heads :bang:

Any chance somebody could flow the L92 head and then flow the intakes with it mated to a LS1, LS2 and/or LS6 intake? It would be interesting to see if the current car intakes would really hurt the flow considerably until we can get a intake that matches the L92 ports. If the flow numbers that are rumored for the L92 are true, even with a LS6 or a FAST intake in front of it, it may do VERY well.

an LS1, LS2, LSANYTHING intake fits as well as a ford intake would fit....
the ports are totally diffrent.

I thought the L-92 was a 4.060 bore, because it is 378 ci stock, so i am not sure it will work ??? Can anyone confirm this ??

The bore is actually closer to 4.0645

This motor will be sweet with some mods. :)

It's a 4.065" bore as advertised. Also it is a 376 cid block.

to be honest, i dont know a single person whos running these heads. :jest:

the only other people i see really posting on here about using it are StreetnStrip, 7.0PewterHawk, and 2c5s..

i dont want to say "throw it together" because that implys im not doing it right... but im basicly going to put the cheapie heads on with my stock LS1 cam, and a few other basic parts, and see what it does.

We have 3 motors that will be running these heads and we are also working on doing a intake, either a single plane or a sheet metal.
