The one thing I'd be concerned about with the 2000, is the lack of miles, when a car isn't driven seals dry out, and leak, rust forms on parts when the oil drips off and leaves the metal exposed.
I'd rather have the 02, at least it's been driven
Given the cars are in similar condition, I'd give the nod to the 02

If you want a show car, get the 2000, if it will be a DD or track car, then the 02.

Black on black, that's all you needed to say right there. Buy that one. Think about it....'02 is 4 almost 5 years old at this point? With less than 40,000 miles? Driven but not too much, 450 miles says somebody either didn't drive it at all or it was a race car or show car or something. Not necessarily bad but a car that doesn't get driven at all tends to develop problems as mentioned above.

But come on, black on black. That's all you need. Get it. Either one, you won't be sorry.

I'm gonna be the spoiler here, I'd take the one with 450 miles on it.
It hasn't been farted in near as much and I would be changing the clutch, rims anyway and I'd go straight for the Procharger this time. You can score a used LS6 intake for $300 shipped now, or brand new for $400. I'd buy a Weiand intake again in a heartbeat though. That's just me.

I'm not a fan of the '01-'02 WS6 rims so I'd have to replace those anyway on the WS6... to maybe the '96 -'00 WS6 rims, or I could wait on the Procharger and get some I-Forged rims.

I'd rather have a black car, but 450 miles on a 6 year old car makes it a rare gem, like the black Firehawk I found.

I would get the 02. For a couple reasons -- I love black/black. 2 years newer than the white one, same price, and 37,000 miles isn't alot. At least the car's been driven about. Personally I would be a little curious or suspicious about a 6 year old car driven only 450 miles, that's really little for something going on birthday # 7.
