what does this do. 
what is this for, my car doesnt have it and i was just wondering what it could be. i hope the guy who owns this car doest mind me using his pic.

Cars that came with traction control had the cruise incorporated into the traction control box. If your car didn't come with traction control, you'll have two cables attached to your throttlebody, one being throttle and the other cruise. And you obviously won't have the TCS box by the battery.
