Default New Toy

I got a new toy this morning. I got a clake sand blasting cabinet, I wish I had it the last two weeks when doing my suspension restoration, but oh well, My question is does anyone know what the best media would be to fill this with? I would like to be able to blast Aluminium as well. Any Ideas?

I use plain old blasting sand from Home Depot for big steel parts. But I use walnut shells for more delicate steel and aluminum.
