Default Holy Sh*t,prc Stage 1 Dyno Results!!!

I don't believe it myself, and neither do the guys at TSP! They randomly took a set of LS6 heads (not for this dyno test) out of the pile to put on my Z28. I have the TSP true duals, 232/228 XER, LT's, UD pulley, TSP lid, and LS6 intake (stock for my '01). Now get this, before the heads the car put down 384 RWHP and 367 RWTQ. I'm not lying...after heads it put down 442 RWHP and 403 RWTQ! I honestly wouldn't have believed it myself if I didn't watch it all with my own eyes (porting, CNC valve job, assembly, head swap, before and after dynoing, etc.). I don't post often because I'm entertained by the same damn questions and pissing contests (ex. Is the TB Bypass Worth It?). I'm not going to post again because I could not care less what people are going to say about it. The fact is this "big-runner" head picked up over 50 RWHP and 36 RWTQ! These are their stage 1.0 stock-valved LS6's with the CNC valve job upgrade that cost just under a grand. They were installed with a set of Cometic .040" head gaskets, and everything else remained unchanged. I'm one happy MF! The worst part is that the budget heads are now going to cost me over $2,000 for a 12-bolt!

People can say what they want about all of the head dimensions (runner size, etc.), but I have proof that these bitches work. The guys at TSP should be posting the graph up tonight or tomorrow.

LMAO Flash99!

Here's Jimmy's dyno graph guys.

Like Jimmy stated, we randomly picked out 2 individual heads out of the pile of heads getting put together & installed Jimmy's springs on them! These cylinder heads feature the competition valve job & flowed something around 254 @ .400" & 307 @ .600".

What people have to keep in mind is the PRC cylinder heads feature complete cnc porting & cnc controlled valve jobs. In other words there is no human interface that would change one cylinder head from performing different than the next.

People can talk down large runners all they want, but the bottom line is these things are making awesome power & selling for under $1000!!

With results like that it's no wonder the competition is worrying!!!

Great numbers for a Stage 1 head! I guess I'll have to get Jimmy that ported TB he's been wanting for the past 1.5 years to pick up a few more free hp.

Now you are a VERY good salesmen. I would order these from you in a heart beat if I already didnt have some Patriot LS6 Stage II heads. Again nice gains. If I was your competition I would be worrying too!

I also thought that was weird...... Gains looks good over the stock heads. What compression with the .40 gaskets? I assumed on these heads that they stayed the stock LS6 port cc volume? I guess not as they are being called big runner.

Well I had my new heads (prc stage 1's) at my local shop tonight and they ripped the **** out of them oh those runners are way too big and the tooling does not look very good to him. But at the end of our conversation tonight he said he expects my car to do 430-435 so with him saying that at the end of the night he's saying I'll gain around 50 also. So he even expects them to work well. But of course he says his would work better.

Is the competition valve job something new I didn't see that when I ordered mine a month ago.

Thumbs up

Now this one I can believe since there are heads on the car.

Great Numbers! LS6 Heads are great heads, I've seen a few other local cars with ported LS6 heads and they perform well too.

If I was in the market for heads, I'd buy them, great results for not a lot of money!

I'm going to bet this was a MAF tuned car.

Congrats and enjoy that F>cking Beast!!!

The competition valve job is a new option. It helps out exhaust flow a lot & intake flow a little bit as well! I'm thinking it's going to be hard to keep Jimmy out of his car for a while!

The dyno results are corrected. I'll get the complete dyno sheet scanned when we get back to the office

Yes, the heads are available with the PRC dual spring kit. The heads are $899.99, the competition valve job adds $100, and the PRC dual valve spring kit adds another $259.

As for a large-chamber head, we could setup a set of 6.0L heads using the same ports. Only difference is you'd have a 72cc chamber instead of the LS6's 64cc. The price would be the same as the LS6 for a set of 6.0L heads setup respectively.

Let us know if y'all have any other questions!
