Default ss hurst shifter
does every ls1 ss come with the hurst shifter or do some of them have the regular z28 shifter?

My 2002 SS had the standard shifter. The Hurst shifter was not installed from GM.

No, it was optional. Not all SS's have them. I have one. It is ok but I wouldn't pay a lot for it.

the hurst is way better than the stock one if you ask me. i picked one up for $35 shipped.
