Default Do I need a tranny cooler??

I am going to be installing a Fuddle 4k stall with 2.2 STR. Mods are in sig. I may be going with the TRex cam in the next month or so. My car has 80k miles. Should I be looking into a tranny cooler and if so will someone link me? Thanks

YES, the heat will kill your tranny. Many sponsors carry tranny coolers, just search for the best price.

With a 3600 in there now you should have a cooler already. I'd get a trans temp gauge on there good cooler and hope that the trans has not already been cooked by the 3600.

With ANY converter other than stock you need a transmission cooler. Even stock transmissions should have a nice big cooler... imo.

Well luckily the converter isn't installed yet!
With a 4k stall, is this a good enough cooler?
24,000 GVW B&M Supercooler on LS1speed.com?

a cooler is a must even stock. i once saw a chart that had what heat does to a tranny at the operating temps. you would be suprised. at like 8000 miles after a rebuild the cluches start sliping. so yes!!!!! a cooler is a must have.
