I paid $10.5k for my fully optioned '00 Z28 with 60k miles two years ago. It has every option I think except SS. I thought I got a steal.
I think that's a good deal, if it's a true SS and not a clone.

If it's an SS, the price is pretty solid, not great, but better than average. I got my TA for $9,000 with 50k a few months ago but it's not a WS6, and I did got a very good deal.
and 64k isn't bad at all, the engine will last 120k+ easily if not abused.
The tranny and rear aren't as strong as the engine, but a lot of people replace those anyway because they can't handle 380+rwhp
