Drag Racing Tech - Which TH400 scattershield fits best?

Anyone have any good/bad experiences with any particular brand? The B&M one in Summit is the cheapest that I have seen for $111.00. Is there a cheaper one out there?

The B&M unit will not fit under the F-Body chassis. The one we use is the CSR "carbon Fiber" shield, some triming and "massaging" of the trans is needed. But once that is done, it fits like a glove on a TH400 under the F-Body chassis. Cost is about $300, but well worth it IMO.

Did a search on line, can you guys tell me where to get the CSR scatter shield for the TH400 in an 02 F-body? Thanks.

Is there another alternative? If not, I guess I will go with the blanket.

I picked up a used CSR shield, it fits on the trany real tight and should be about the least amount of hassle
